  • Our ghee is prepared using the traditional Bilona method, where curd is hand-churned and slow-cooked on low heat. Unlike industrial ghee, this process helps retain natural aroma, nutrition, and digestibility. The milk is sourced from freely grazed Gir cows.

  • We follow a traditional process:

    • Fresh milk from Gir cows is set into curd
    • The curd is churned using the Bilona method to extract makkhan (butter)
    • The butter is slow-cooked to make ghee

    This slow and careful process ensures purity and quality.

  • Unlike refined oils, wood-pressed oils are extracted without high heat, chemicals, or solvents. Refined oils go through multiple processing stages that may remove nutrients, while wood-pressed oils remain close to their natural form.
